Common Launch Issues
- Magic link arrived late or expired before you used it
- Checkout succeeded but the voucher code has not appeared yet
- Confirmation email did not reach your inbox
- Course staff could not find or redeem a code
- You need help understanding a refund or cancellation request
Before You Email
If your payment just completed, give Tee Leads a few seconds to finish webhook processing and email delivery. The checkout success page and My Deals page are the fastest places to confirm whether your voucher code has already been issued.
